Shannon is astoundingly good at what she offers. Her ability to meet you where you are in your pilates practice on any given day is always supportive and allows for a ‘progress over perfection’ mindset. In fact I’ve talked with Shannon a lot about how pilates is not something to perfect but to explore and have fun with. She makes pilates fun and interesting and approaches every individual with strong presence and great wisdom. I’m not exaggerating when I say Shannon has helped to change my life for the better. Not only has she been my pilates coach, she is also attuned to all aspects of the body in addition to the physical, i.e. emotional, mental. That approach is exactly what I need in my physical practice because all parts of our lives are intertwined and pilates can help us to show up differently and better in our lives outside of the mat/studio. I can’t recommend Shannon’s partnership highly enough. She brings great light, positivity, and knowledge into every encounter and I’m grateful to have found her.

“I just took your video class and it was amazing! Seriously went from feeling so overwhelmed from work to totally relaxed & calm. I also learned some things about myself during this class: 1) I don’t breathe nearly enough lol & 2) I didn’t realize how much tension and stress I hold in my hips, pelvis, and lower back. I started taking shannon's classes a year and a half ago, I love taking them, the classes are at a slower pace and lower impact which I really enjoy but still get the results I'm looking for. Shannon is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help if you are unsure on what move you should be doing. I would totally recommend taking one of Shannon's classes and you won't be disappointed.
