Why Virtual?
When I started teaching pilates I quickly understood that one of the key factors in progress was consistency. A consistent movement practice reinforces skills, builds awareness and connection to your somatic experience, and helps make the body more available to change. Virtual lessons and on demand videos help establish a strong movement practice in your space anytime, anywhere. It’s an opportunity to carve out time in your day, slow down, connect inward, and move in a way thats supportive and nourishing to your entire body.
